our team did an amazing job getting this tired unused office fully ripped out and renovated for the cocktail legend Dan Berger so he could open the doors And being his flavours and creativity to Manchester 🍹🍸

Dan is outstanding in his field and is the ex bar boss for Gordon Ramsay as well as being responsible for other amazing venues such as the Ned London

last night I took the gorgeous Lisa Harrison with me to a VIP Launch to sample the goodies and I have to say a big massive WOW !!!
we loved every single cocktail we had

The Kids back at school .. phew ☺️

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Easter break and packed loads in with my boy
but I am so happy to not have to think about what I'm going to do with my son if I need to do a work site visit 🙏🏻

So - We are all now back at it on full steam
